Returns & Refunds Policy

Order Cancellation

All orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must email us at CHESH.MARKET@GMAIL.COM or send a message on the Contact Us page within 12 hours. Otherwise, it may no longer be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

CHESH Pro Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, CHESH Pro Fitness will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

For the package that's never delivered to the address you provide (based on the tracking information), please contact us at CHESH.MARKET@GMAIL.COM and we will issue the full refund or send it again once it's confirmed to be true.

Returns & Refunds Policy

You must submit return or exchange requests within 30 days after the package is delivered (based on the tracking information). To issue a return or exchange, please email us with the photo of the package at CHESH.MARKET@GMAIL.COM or send a message on the Contact Us page, and we will do our best to help you out!

The return policy is different in each of these 3 situations:

  1. The item comes as wrong or defective. It must also be in the original packaging. You will get the full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
  2. You don't want our product anymore, and the package is not opened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsive for paying for the return shipping.
  3. You don't want our product anymore, but the package has been opened. A restocking fee of 15% will apply. You will also be responsible for paying for the return shipping.

The address for return will be provided via email once your request for return or exchange is approved. We will provide the shipping label via email, and you can ship the item using the shipping label.

For exchange, we only send you the exchanged item once we receive your returned one.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. We now only support PayPal as the payment method. According to the PayPal refund policy, the refund to the PayPal balance will happen the same day it's processed; the refund to the card may take up to 30 days.

If you haven’t received the refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at chesh-market.com
